To give the people of the City of Koronadal full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the celebration of the 13th Charter Day Anniversary and 3rd Negosyo Festival, Malacañang Palace has issued Proclamation No. 652 series of 2013 declaring October 8, 2013as a Special (Non-working) Holiday.
The proclamation was signed by Executive Secretary Paquito Ochoa, Jr last September 19, 2013.
Aside from the anniversary program, activities on October 8 which falls on a Tuesday includes food handling seminar, mass wedding, foam party and many more.MALACAÑAN PALACE
